6. Warranty: If a warranty is offered, the customer must understand the terms and conditions of the warranty before accepting the quote.

7. Limitation of liability: The customer must agree to the limitation of liability stated in the quote and understand that the company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law: The customer must agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.

9. Signing up: The customer must provide the necessary personal information to sign up for the service.

10. Data privacy policy: The customer must agree to the company's data privacy policy and understand how their personal information will be used and protected.
